Prajavani Online Quiz Winner

 Prajavani Online Quiz Finals were held on 20th of February 2021 . Seven students from across Karnataka were pitted against each other in the grand finale. Daksh Niranjan Shettar of Grade 10 from Presidency School, R T Nagar was crowned the winner.

INDICA 2021 – THE INDIA QUIZ Winner

At the 9th USMAS ABACUS and Mental Arithmetic Karnataka State Level online competition 2020 organised by USMAS Karnataka Head Office Bangalore, Adithya S of grade 8, Presidency School R. T. Nagar was crowned Champion.

Intach Heritage Quiz 2020

Daksh Niranjan Shettar and Krishnan P of Grade 10, Presidency School, RT Nagar took part in the Intach Heritage Quiz 2020 and cleared three rounds to reach the National Semi Finals. They were awarded the Semi-Finalist medals, Heritage Club Badges, Heritage Club Passport and Capital Story. Congratulations on your efforts and keep it going! We are proud of you!

Co-Curricular Activities (2014-15)

NachikethAdiga of Grade 5 secured 2nd position in Nalanda Chess Championship held at Nalanda Chess Academy, Shimoga and secured 2nd position in First State Level Open Chess Championship held at Vidyaniketan, Udupi. He also secured 1st position in Under-15 boys Open Chess Championship held at Lions Eye Hospital, Bhadravathi.

ManyaHegde of Grade 5 secured 3rd position in Under-15 Open Chess Championship held at Lions Eye Hospital, Bhadravathi and secured 7th position in Karnataka State Under-11 Chess Championship held at Gandhi Bhavan, Mandya. She also secured 3rd position in the First Railwheel All India Chess Championship.

Environment Week was celebrated for 2nd June, 2014 to 6th June, 2014.

  • Priyanka Raghu of Grade 7 won the 3rd place in Talk-in-TimeCompetition and ShashwanthAiyappa of Grade 7 wonthe 2nd place in Spell-Bound, at a Literary Fest, Engenius held at NPS Indiranagar on 25th July
  • At the Horlicks Wizkids,held at GyanaJyoti Auditorium, Central College on 25th July, Pooja, Sashrika and Sampreeth won the 1st place in “I Search”, Akash Reddy won the 1st place in Wizkid Got Talent, Aamukta won the 1st place in Hairstyle, ParvathyAjit won the 1st place, Gowri won the 2nd place and Pratham won 3rd place in Drawing, Chelsi won the 3rd place in Hairstyle.

Faculty Friday

A dedicated and persistent teacher who joined Presidency School, Bangalore North in the year 2012 as HOD – Kannada Department. Seeing her expertise and dedication she was given the responsibility of being a member of the Examination Department. Ms. Shobha K.S. proved to be a multi-tasker as a Curie House Warden. She has always implemented a creative instructional strategy towards her lessons. She works hard and creates engaging lessons that help the students grasp the concepts faster.

A teacher who demonstrates punctuality and professionalism, she encourages her students to do their best. She does not hesitate to go the extra mile and strives to see her students succeed, like conducting extra classes for them as and when required.

No school event is complete without Ms. Shobha KS adding her artistic touch to the Lamp at the entrance and decorating it with rangoli and flowers.
